Chairman: Andrew Wolfson
Andrew is Managing Director of PVC, responsible for executing the firm’s strategy, leading the investment team, deal origination and supporting portfolio companies. He sits on the board of Benesco Charity Ltd and is a trustee of The Charles Wolfson Charitable Trust. He founded and served as Chairman and trustee of MiSST (Music in Secondary Schools Trust) and is a trustee of Access Aspiration.
Managing Director: Tim King
Tim King is a Chartered Director. Tim gained an MBA from the Open University and is a Chartered Management Accountant. Having led the Citibank team that designed and implemented a Management Information System and deployed it into 75 countries, Tim founded 2sms and serves as CEO. 2sms is the technology partner for Soza Health. Tim has extensive international experience.

Founder: Lord Wolfson of Sunningdale
The late Lord Wolfson was director of Great Universal Stores from 1973 to 1978 and from 1993 to 2000, and chairman from 1996 to 2000. In 1978 and 1979, he was Secretary to the Shadow Cabinet and Chief of Staff of the Political Office, 10 Downing Street, between 1979 and 1985. He was chairman of the Alexon Group plc from 1982 to 1986, of Next plc from 1990 to 1998, of GUS from 1996 to 2000, and of William Baird from 2002 to 2003. While Trustee of Benesco Charity and The Charles Wolfson Charitable Trust, Lord Wolfson oversaw donations with special regard to the encouragement of medical and surgical science. Benesco Charity has a 49% share of Soza Health Ltd.
